Capturing various aspects of the beauty of the unspoiled land on Cedar Mountain while hiking with Sienna and later publishing these images helped further inspire the Save Cedar Mountain Group to preserve the land. To this day it has remained untouched after nearly being deforested and subdivided for both commercial and residental use.

I believe Sienna's true appreciation for the beauty and stark peacefulness of the area and her ascent to heaven at such an early age may have earned her the ability to protect all of us and the land we love up there in the mountain.

I am grateful to have spent six years of my life with her and urge pet owners to include their loved ones in as many activities as possible so they may fully share (as well as contribute to) our joy and well being. Even under the best of circumstances pets are given less time on earth than we and their fragile lives have been entrusted to us. We must always remember not to abuse this power in particular
